Congrats on placing your with Electrifil order! Tracking is super simple since we are required to provide the tracking number and carrier used.

Where can I find the tracking information for my order?

Once your item has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your package. You can click on the link to stay up to date on the delivery status.
To find the tracking information on your order simply click the link we have provided, and it will direct you to the shipper. From there you will be able to track your orders shipment.

When will my order ship?
We provide free worldwide shipping!
Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. Shipping times do vary globally, but are typically as follows:
• USA: 12-20 business days
• Canada: 7-20 business days

Has my order shipped?
Please allow 1-3 business days — from the order confirmation — for the seller to ship your item. If your item hasn’t shipped after 1-3 business days. Feel free to reach out to our team by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the navigation bar.

My order isn’t confirmed yet.
Don’t worry, there are typically a few reasons why this might happen:
• The confirmation email may be in your spam folder, so please look there
• The bank hasn’t completed the processing for your order — if your bank
declines your purchase, you’ll receive an email from Our Team indicating
the reason for the decline and the appropriate actions needed
• If you don’t receive an email within 1 day from our teams initial contact,
reach out to your bank to confirm the transaction was approved — if it wasn’t, try placing your order again

My order hasn’t shipped yet, or my delivery is late.
If the item hasn’t shipped after 1-3 business day following the confirmation, reach out to our Team and "Ask for help" in the Contact Us tab.

Incomplete Address
If an error such as an incomplete address is made during the input of your order during the checkout process, we have the right to charge a fee of $5.00 for all US orders and $10.00 for all International orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped.

Lost Packages
Once an order is shipped, it will be the responsibility of the carrier to complete the delivery and should there be claims about lost packages, please get in touch with our customer support and we will launch an investigation.
